ACCS (Advanced Cylinder Coating System)

The ACCS system developed by Sturm provides our customers with the most
efficient modular solution currently available for the production of thermally
coated cylinder surfaces. The processes of modern surface technology, from
activation to coating using wire (RSW – Rotating Single Wire) or powder (APS –
Atmospheric Plasma Spraying), cleaning to automated quality control and
coating control of the cylinder crankcase (CCC), are among our clear core
competences.

A coating system with a CNC-like design that can be transported in a single unit due to its compact dimensions. The integrated ACCS Cylinder Inspector (CI) also enables a 100 % inspection of the CCCs.

ADCS (Advanced Disc Coating System)

The ADCS system developed by Sturm provides our customers with the most efficient modular solution currently available for the production of thermally coated brake disc friction ring surfaces.

Our ADCS system involves the thermal coating of brake discs. A distinction is made here between the application of wear protection coatings on brake Discs and the application of long-lasting corrosion protection.
