A state-of-the-art conveyor system to transport primed car bodies is currently under construction that incorporates PVC applications in both the interior and underbody protection areas.
The conveyor system features a combination of floor conveyor technology and a heavy-duty double-tracked overhead conveyor, which extends across two lines and covers an impressive total area of 9,600 m². A particular challenging requirement is adhering to the strict height restrictions of the project while incorporating the multi-level system design. For this reason, our system is specially engineered to be tailored precisely to the project’s unique requirements.
The construction period, running from November 2025 to April 2026, is exceptionally short. To meet this ambitious timeline, our team is relying on multi-shift operations, close coordination, and meticulous project planning.
