“Trainee Bus” made a stop in Salching.
For several years now, the children of our employees have been able to visit their parents at work on the school-free Protestant holiday and see what their workplace looks like and what their mum and dad are doing all day long. The children were also allowed to do handicrafts, paint and play together. They were looked after by our apprentices, Tanja and Ulrike, all day long.
The Sturm-Gruppe also participated in the pilot project “Trainee Bus”, which took place for the first time this year. Interested pupils were able to visit different companies in the region by bus to learn more about the different training professions.
Training Manager Matthias Altmann together with his training team had prepared various stations showing the training occupations available at the Sturm-Gruppe. They gave a short presentation of the company, and afterwards the current trainees presented and explained these occupations to the pupils.
